You Agree To:
Use your real email and password
Keep your password secure (you're responsible for account activity)
Only connect or provide data you have the right to use
Not provide illegal content
Be at least 18 years old
Back up your data elsewhere (we recommend this)
You Can:
Connect, view, download, and delete your data anytime
Request a copy of your account data
Delete your account (all data deleted permanently in 30 days)

What We Collect:
Account: Email, password (hashed), username
Your data: Data you connect or provide, including conversation exports, wearable data, calendar data, and screen time data
Usage: When you access data, search, download, delete
Technical: Device type, browser, IP address, crashes
How Your Data Is Processed:
Your data is stored and processed locally on your device. When you request insights, only aggregated metric summaries are sent to our analysis services - never your raw data. You control when analysis happens.

Access or analyse your data without your explicit action
Train AI models on your data
Market or sell your information
Use your data beyond what's described here
Provide medical, health, or psychological advice

Maximum liability: AUD $500 or the total fees you have paid to soullmate in the 12 months preceding the claim - whichever is less.

What Happens If You Break Rules:

We suspend your account
We permanently ban you

Billing & Payments
Payment Processing:
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing. See stripe.com/privacy for details.
For paid services (Assessment Call, Private Project):
You will be charged the amount shown on the payment page at the time of purchase
Payment is due at the time of booking
We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule your session
Refunds:
If we are unable to deliver your booked session, you will receive a full refund
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable
If you are unsatisfied with your session, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue
For subscriptions (if applicable):
Charged monthly/yearly to your payment method
Auto-renews each period (you authorise all charges)
Cancel anytime: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
Cancellation takes effect at end of billing period
No refunds for partial periods or unused time
